All you need in order to access the new features is install the voice and video plug-in and Google will take care of the rest. Installation is very easy and takes only a few seconds to download, and once you restart the browser, go to the ‘video and more’ menu at the bottom of the page and click on ’start video chat.’ Allow it some time to connect with your friend and, bada-bing bada-boom, you can chat, gossip, or work with everyone of importance.
